Customer feedback can really help to improve a service or product and over the last few months I’ve been speaking to our clients asking for their views on how we are performing.
A client recently commented that they felt the facilities to dry their hands in our rest rooms could be improved. We have now introduced a system which I am sure you will find better.
Another client mentioned the lighting levels on the shop floor were a little dull. A lighting expert has advised us to install addition spot fittings and upgrade the bulbs to LED fittings. An electrician will be sorting this out this week. As we move further into autumn my team and I are really looking forward to the increased light levels. We hope that you will notice the difference too.
