Can’t make it?
Please give us at least 48 Hours notice if you can’t make your appointment.
Need to change what you’re having?
Please call the salon on 01277 263060 at least 48-hours before your appointment to make any adjustments to your work.
Last-minute downgrades to your service affect our salon and team.
Are you running late?
Call us on 01277 263060, and we’ll see if we need to make any adjustments to your appointment to minimise inconvenience to you and our next client.
We’re Card Payment Only
We only take card payments and your appointment could be subject to a £50 booking fee if you’re new to our salon, or you’ve had a bit of trouble attending your appointments.
Our bookings and enquiries line is available from salon opening to 5pm except for Saturdays where we close at 4:30 pm. If you have any further questions, please call us on 01277 263060; we’d be delighted to help. If you can’t reach us, leave a message, and we’ll contact you, usually within one working day.
