Our appointments are very popular so we ask for a booking fee to be placed when you book your appointment…

We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointment. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 48 hours notice in which case we’ll hold the booking fee ready for your next visit. If we don’t receive 48 hours notice £50 of the client service booked will be charged.

For Clients Who Continually Fail To Provide 48 Hours Notice Or Not Show

Regretfully we’ll have to ask you to pay the entire value of your next appointment to secure your booking. If you fail to show or provide at least 48 hours notice, the value of that appointment will be charged.
